Alto started in West Seattle near The Port of Seattle in 2018, with 2 trucks and 4-5 movers. John Tuttle the General Manager at Alto attended The Art Institute of Seattle and Graduated in 1999 in Art Direction and Graphic Design. Working as a Graphic Designer and Art Director for many years in Las Vegas and the Seattle area, he ventured to apply his branding skills, direction, and leadership to begin Alto Moving, which he is part owner and founder.
John worked as a Mover and Driver for PMC Moving ( another great moving company ) in Everett WA from 2013 - 2018. Learning the business he realized the moving industry was fulfilling and he was pretty good at it too.
Coming from an advertising and tech background and having worked professionally with companies like Microsoft and Wynn Resorts, he has a certain respect for technology, clean aesthetics and delivering goods on time. Alto operates and employs state-of-the-art equipment and trucks which are all professionally inspected and maintained.

We guarantee dates and timely deliveries. We check in the day before you are scheduled to move and we call the day of, about 15 - 30 minutes prior to the crews arrival. Alto Moving solutions and services also include 24 hour customer communication and roadside assistance for any driver or scheduled delivery.
